  • Unfolding the Psyche supports individuals in freeing themselves from self-limiting patterns by cultivating conscious awareness, reweaving the threads of their psyche, and living from a place of liberation and authenticity.

    Most of us grapple with self-limiting beliefs, childhood wounds, or generational conditioning in some form, and these patterns inhibit our ability to live an authentic, self-assured life. Those of us who have set out to work on these parts of ourselves can experience frustration from a lack of lasting success due to these patterns continually repeating in our lives. We read the self-help books, we go to therapy, we do the plant medicine ceremonies, yet there’s still a disconnect happening within preventing us from feeling fully liberated at a soul level.

    Although those can be very helpful in aiding our self-understanding, the reality is our limiting patterns were formed deep in our psychological foundation which can take years of work to transform.

    During my 12-week program we explore the patterns that inhibit you today while applying principles and practices based in Psychosynthesis. You’ll leave with lifelong tools to navigate both newly emerging and recurring self-limiting patterns which empowers you to be your own guide in discovering your authenticity and creating a fierce, lasting sense of self.

Meet Riley

Riley is a board certified Psychosynthesis Life Coach (PLC) as well as a master educator (M.Ed). She brings a deep understanding for the human experience into her practice where the dynamic of client and coach is that of equals, helping you uncover your answers within. Her years spent as a teacher for young children nourish her coaching style with potent flavors of compassionate inquiry, self-empowerment, loving patience, and playful curiosity along with a container centered around holding and witnessing you.
